We’ve seen many colleagues go out of business in the last few years. Obviously, the main reason why they’ve gone out of business is the lack of clients. How do we fight this off? What we’ve found is that the best thing that we can do is create and keep our client base. What we can’t do is try and make small issues into large refurbishment projects just to get a couple more bucks out of the transaction. What has allowed us to stay in business is the strong client base that we have. We’ve been able to build this client base with honesty and consistent results. When you know that you are going to be able to count on us for any type of piano issue that you could have, it makes it easier to keep a piano.    
 
What you can expect from us other than great results in every single repair and adjustment procedure, is easy access to replacement parts. This is something that a lot of companies have trouble with. Even if you have the best personnel on hand if you don’t have the right parts it’s going to be hard to get great results.
